The process start by creating a pencil draft which the artist will consult with the client about. Each one of her creations are really important for her, so she absolutely has to love what she’s creating. 

 

When the client and the artist has come to an agreement, she will start with the painting and let you know the estimated time of completion. 

 

Sometimes, some art pieces take longer than expected. Therefore might require for more time, in that case then she will send you a picture of the painting when done to get your approval. When commissioning a painting the client must confirm that likes the artist style and therefore approve the commission.

If the painting is about a collage or a reference photo, a picture sent with a high resolution will allows her to create a detailed art piece. This is especially important if the requested piece is a portrait, she will need to be able to see the distinct facial features to incorporate them, otherwise less quality photos can gives the picture a less personalized feel.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:

When the client and the artist come to an agreement concerning the canvas and size you’ll be notified about the price. 

The shipping will be covered by the client and it will be included in the final price. Once both sides comes to an agreement of the final price and pencil draft, the client must pay ahead 50% of the price in an Installment Payment. 

When the painting is finished the client will be asked for the remainder. The painting will be sent when fully paid.
